In Home Caregiver Services

Are you noticing your loved one is having trouble remembering to take their medications daily? Is your family member having physical difficulties with some activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing themselves or ambulating? Does your loved one need some assistance throughout the day with meal preparation, light housekeeping and transportation to a doctor appointment? At Home Quality Care Hourly Services can help meet these needs.

A complimentary home visit is provided by our Care Managers who will assist in assessing needs and making it possible to stay long term in the home. The Care Manager will help clients by recommending ideas pertaining to nutrition, everyday activities, safety in the home and much more. Frequent supervisory visits are made at no extra cost to assess the client and evaluate overall satisfaction.

At Home Quality Care's Hourly Caregivers are trained to provide the best care and support possible. They are dependable, compassionate people who have been thoroughly screened and carefully selected. Our caregivers are PCA’s (Personal Care Attendants) and CNA’s (Certified Nurses Aides) who provide all the services needed to meet your activities of daily living. Hourly Caregivers provide incremental care from a minimum of 4 hours to 24 hours a day.

“This sounds great but how does my loved one pay for these services?” At Home Quality Care provides information for multiple payment sources which include Long Term Care Insurances, Veterans Administration, Reverse Mortgages, Life Insurances and private resources. Also, Medicaid can approve and pay for these services based on your finances and physical needs. For more detailed information on payment sources, please visit our “Paying for Homecare” page under the “Resources” tab.

At Home Quality Care is an Agency Model, responsible for all federal and state taxes, as well as filing all government reports. Caregivers are insured and bonded by the agency, including workers’ compensation should they be injured on the job.

A REGISTRY is an Independent Contractor placement service. The caregiver is responsible for paying all taxes, insurances and workers compensation. However, if these are unpaid, the client could find themselves responsible to pay for back taxes and fines.
